You’ll have up to 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, a 10% cancellation/ no show fee will be taken out. No refunds. This is why it is required to put your card in before you book. Please also be mindful of time—if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show unless it’s due to an emergency.
